Summary: The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. We did run into a problem of not having enough hot water for a shower but think that was a matter of unexpected broken boiler and not a regular problem. Would stay there again for cleanliness.

Summary: Had a lovely lounge, with excellent mountain views, for guests. Our room was well-designed and very comfortable and modern. It is close to the railroad tracks, so that can be an issue for light sleepers. We like the location since it has good highway access, but is an easy walk to the town centre.

Summary: Staff were kind, efficient. The room was spotless: perfectly designed in synchrony to the mountain setting. The bedside lamps were unforgetably unique. I want some! Bed was extremely comfortable. The bedding was, too, perfect for romm temp. Tv was large and greatly situated and lots of good movies available. Coffee good and tea was in common space. The night was soundless, so we slept very well. Great value, indeed! Thank you for a flawless stay!
